Mesa Verde

The perpetual presence of indigenous cultures through various physical and metaphysical means is awe inspiring in every way. I purposefully gave these images their own gallery in order to emphasize the importance of the Pueblo’s existence and their prowess in understanding their environment and how to survive in it. The true meaning of adapting is not to steamroll one’s environment and build on top of it, but to live in harmony with everything in the environment, respecting a natural hierarchy innate in every organism. The Pueblo achieved this notion to it’s fullest extent.
